If the Dean/Director/Principal or other Officers of any college (Private or Government) wants to meet the Chairperson, Member(s), Board of Governors and Secretary, Medical Council of India they can send e.mail to Secretary, MCI at e.mail ID secretary@mciindia.org mentioning the following:-
a. The purpose of the meeting
b. To whom they will like to meet
c. Option of date(s) convenient for college authorities
Indication of purpose of meeting will help Council to keep Board prepared on the issue(s) under discussion.
College authorities may please note the days of BOGs meeting as the Chairperson and Members of the Board of Governors are available on the day of BOGs meeting. The exact date and time convenient to the Chairperson/Members, Board of Governors/Secretary, Medical Council of India will be informed to the college authorities by e.mail by the office of the Secretary, Medical Council of India.
